In the unfortunate event that you have lost an item in one of our vehicles please call us immediately. When you call we will need the following information – The more information you provide the faster we will be able to locate and return you property.
- Date and time of pick up and drop off locations
- Telephone number you used to book the journey
- Detailed description of the item
- Taxi registration and colour if possible.

Claimant(s) wishing for lost property item(s) to be returned to them directly or to a requested address, will be charged the fare based on the drivers current location to the Claimant(s) required drop off point. Please note we do not keep any lost property at our office. Any unclaimed items will be dropped off at a police station at a time convenient for the driver.
