Caller ID (CLI) allows for the personal touch when booking your car. Data Dispatch allows us to transfer job information to drivers quickly and accurately. Our Callback system enables us to telephone you to tell you when your driver is outside waiting for you. Customer safety is very important and to help this we have invested in a GPS System to track the locations of all of our cars. Our IVR Booking system allows customers to book a taxi without speaking to any Speedline staff. Our new Internet Booking system lets account customers’ book their own taxis online.
CLI
With Caller Identification Speedline can provide a more rapid, professional and personal telephone service for customers.
When you call Speedline your phone number automatically appears on the Booking Screen, when a journey is booked for the first time the pick-up details will be saved along with your phone number. The next time you call the details will automatically appear on the Booking Screen as the telephonist lifts the receiver.
GPS
All our vehicles utilise satellite navigation technology known as (GPS). This means that we know where our vehicles are at any one time.

Ringback
No need to wait around for your taxi!
Why wait outside in the cold and rain?
Why wait alone in the dark for your cab to turn up?
Speedline offers a FREE "RINGBACK" service for your safety and convenience. Our RINGBACK service will call your mobile phone or your house phone twice to let you know that your taxi is about to arrive.
The free RINGBACK service is available to all our customers, old and new, and is designed to make travelling safer and more efficient, especially for women travelling on their own or waiting for taxis outside clubs or pubs.
IVR (automated booking)
We are proud to announce that we are the 1st company in Milton Keynes to introduce automated booking, IVR (Interactive Voice Response). It automatically answers your telephone calls enabling the customer to book their own taxis in a few seconds without speaking to an operator.
When prompted, all you need to do is press '1' to book a taxi ASAP from your address or press zero to speak to an operator. The system automatically recognises the location of the telephone number that you are calling from and then sends the first available taxi to the pick up point stored with the telephone number. It also gives you a reference number when the job is booked.
Mobile phone users will have to register their pick up points with us. (up to 4 pick up points)

E-booking
